We want you to be completely satisfied with your mustard selection; if a product arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for non-perishable items. Please note that for food safety reasons, opened jars of mustard cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Return Process
- 1.Contact the Curator
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- 2.Secure the Jar
Carefully pack the unopened mustard jars or gift items in their original packaging with sufficient padding to prevent breakage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
